Junior Program

RBFC Junior Program: Build Skills, Build Confidence

The RBFC Junior Program aims to develop all the fundamental technical skills a beginner soccer player needs for success on the field in a fun, engaging and supportive environment. Players interested in our junior program will begin with our seasonal Junior Clinics. These are held over 6-7 weeks, with each week focusing on a certain topic. The professional coaching staff teaches players the basics of attacking moves, escape moves, passing and receiving & shooting. Coaches identify all players by age and ability and group them accordingly for optimum player development. Whether participating in our Junior Clinic or our Junior Academy, all players will benefit from our scaffolded training model. During each training session, athletes are guided through fun & challenging exercises to maximize improvement and ultimately help them become more creative, efficient & effective player.
