This page explains how Real Boston FC handles information submitted through the website contact form.
Information we collect
When you use the inquiry form, we may collect the parent or guardian name, player name and birth year, email address, phone number, program interest, preferred contact method, and message.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, recommend a Real Boston FC program, communicate about registration or team placement, and provide relevant club information you requested.
Sharing and access
Real Boston FC does not sell contact information. Website inquiries are available to authorized club staff and may be shared with the appropriate coach when needed to answer a program question. We use FormSubmit to deliver contact-form email notifications to the club. Submitted details are processed by that service for delivery; its submission archive is retained for up to 30 days. A copy is also saved in the club's protected staff inbox.
